Training
We are able to work with companies to identify best practice & process. We are able to undertake staff training where required and have assisted clients locate trained logging staff.
MediaCrab assists with Library management and can advise on the best process with your footage from acquisition, storage, online marketing and library sales.

Support
LogIt functionality includes support request forms which are usually responded to within a few hours and sometimes instantly.

Customization
It is usually possible to import existing media logs into LogIt.
